Nexon Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Nexon, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, please review our return, refund, and exchange policy below.


1️⃣ Eligibility Window
• You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange.
• To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at nexonbdofficial@gmail.com 


2️⃣ Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags/packaging.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is worn or damaged by the customer.


3️⃣ Exchange Policy
• We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or style (subject to availability).
• Exchange requests must also be made within 72 hours of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.


4️⃣ Return & Refund Policy
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus any delivery charges.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was offered initially, our standard delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.


5️⃣ Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping.

7️⃣ Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
• Personalized, customized, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
